Graduation, baptism, visitors, Trail of Hope, and rising rivers.

The river keeps rising.  The road or bridge to Keokuk is closed.
We had tornado warnings and flash flood warnings this week.  They even cancelled the Sunset on the Mississippi show two nights.
I can't believe that I'm praying for the rain to stop.  But it needs to.  The farmers here can't plant their crops.  It is sad.

So proud of Logan's graduation from High School.

So happy for Sam's baptism.

The Freston family from Roosevelt came to Nauvoo.  We are always happy to see someone from home.

We love having the Nauvoo Brass Band here now. They are so talented.

This week the Trail of Hope vignettes put on by the YPMs was a lovely addition.

He looks like he was here in 1846.

Dreaming of spring days coming...

It is the slow season.  Feb. 26, the wind blew, so working on the wagon was brisk.  I am bundled up with two coats, hat, scarf and more. ...
